Transcending Barriers: Promoting Trans Inclusion in the Workplace is a two-year (February 2025 – January 2027) European initiative dedicated to fostering safer, more inclusive work environments for trans individuals.

We are proud to announce the launch of RESPONSES – Responses to online hate speech against LGBTIQ+ people in Bulgaria, a two-year project funded by the European Union through the CERV-2024-CHAR-LITI programme.

This project addresses hate speech as a pervasive issue impacting multiple communities, including LGBTI+, Roma, migrants, refugees and Jewish groups. It aims to foster understanding, empower voices, and engage the public in combating intolerance.

U:N*I·Q.U-E aims to support academic attainment of people identifying as LGBTQIA+ by raising the awareness of VET and Adult educators of gender and sexual orientation issues, creating personalized learning pathways for the educators and supporting inclusive policies within training institutions through Diversity trainers and Ambassadors.

The “Rainbow Hub Without Borders” project aims to increase the capacity of Rainbow Hub staff to work with refugees, victims of human trafficking, and sex workers by training the teams of the Rainbow Hub organizations –

GLAS Foundation, in partnership with Bilitis Foundation, the Association of European Journalists-Bulgaria and Oslo Pride, has launched the Community Voices project, implemented with financial support from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway under the EEA Financial Mechanism.
