The business platform Work It OUT presented a manual for LGBTI employees’ integration in the workplace

The first LGBT Employees’ Guide was presented jointly by the Bulgarian office of the consultant company EY and the business platform for LGBTI equality in the workplace Work It OUT, created by the GLAS Foundation. The manual give employers information about the practical steps they could take to make their work environment more inclusive for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people.

It outlines simple, cost-effective and, in most cases, free activities that companies can introduce in order to create a culture in which all employees can be themselves and present themselves in the best possible way. The useful document can be downloaded here.
