The first Bulgarian LGBTI center reopened at a new address. Rainbow Hub, which was established in 2018 and became home to dozens of queer events and initiatives, welcomed a number of visitors at a special opening at 22A Alexander Dondukov Blvd.

The world premiere of “Shells” took place in 2020 at the Sarajevo Film Festival, and the film’s first showing to the Bulgarian audience was in Varna at the 38th Golden Rose Festival, where it was the only short film awarded by the jury.

The US Ambassador in Bulgaria – Herro Mustafa became the first official guest of the new location of Rainbow Hub (the first community LGBTI center in Bulgaria).

GLAS Foundation celebrated March 31, the International Day for Visibility of Trans people, with a special live event on Facebook, in which representatives of the trans community talked about the many challenges that trans people go through in Bulgaria.
