Monitoring Report on Implementation and Implementation of Recommendation CM / Rec (2015) 5
The monitoring report on the implementation and implementation of Recommendation CM / Rec (2015) 5 on measures to combat discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity is the work of the three national LGBT organizations – Action, GLAS and Bilitis. It aims to contribute to Europe-wide efforts aimed at fully implementing the Recommendation adopted by the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe in 2010 in all the Member States of the European Union.
